Day 118- Work out of the Week

Workout of the Week:

Follow the order of the exercises, doing as many as you can of each exercise, in order to reach the a total of 500 reps.

  • Pull-ups
  • Push-ups
  • Crunches
  • Squats- weighted
If this is to easy double the reps
