Day 270- Napa Ragnar Relay Video...Finally!

Devin finally got our flip camera working again, so here is the longly awaited for video from our race from San Francisco to Napa Valley. Hope you enjoy!

Day 42- Ragnar Relay

The week has finally come; the Ragnar Relay is here! This Friday 12 of us will be joining forces to take a trek from the Huntington Beach pier down to San Diego, which ends up being 200 miles. Each runner will have 3 legs, with varying lengths and difficulties.

For 24 hours one person will be running from our team non-stop until we reach our destination. We will sleep in vans, in parks, on the beach, or where ever else looks comfortable and hope for at least 2 -3 hours of sleep to get us through the race.

This is my and my team's first time participating in a relay race so we don't know exactly what to expect. I think most of us are just looking forward to the experience and the team camaraderie.
