Day 110- Workout of the Week

This is my first weekend at home for about the last two months; I finally feel rested, energized, and just thankful to be home!

With that said here is the workout of the week:

  • 15 Jump Squats
  • 15 Split Squats- each leg
  • 15 Alternating Push-up with Clapping Push-up
  • 20 Burpees- with pushups and jumps
  • 50 Crunches
Do the entire workout 4 times through
