- Lunges, back leg on bench, 15x
- Triceps dip on bench, 15x
- Two legged jump up to bench, 15x
- Toe tap on bench, alternating foot, 15x each side
- Reverse crunch on bench, legs straight, 15x
Repeat each exercise three times through
