Day 251- Workout of the Week- The Bench Workout

  • Bench press, desired weight, 15x
  • Lunges, back leg on bench, 15x
  • Triceps dip on bench, 15x
  • Two legged jump up to bench, 15x
  • Toe tap on bench, alternating foot, 15x each side
  • Reverse crunch on bench, legs straight, 15x
Repeat each exercise three times through
