My friend Christin Knobbe, created the pizzas by using Bob's Red Mill Gluten-free pizza dough. The directions give options for a dairy-free version or one that contains eggs. We went for the egg version (gotta get that choline). She also made us home-made pizza sauce, which I will have to shake her down for the recipe later. Then went on the toppings of our liking.
