- Lateral Plyometric jumps (Video) 1 minute
- Barbell up and unders (Video, do at a faster pace than video shows) 1 minute
- Russian twists (if you have weights, feel free to use them) 40 each side
- Jump rope 2 minutes
- Triceps dip on chair, 20x
Repeat at least 3x through
