- Split Squats: 40 sec, 20 sec rest, 5 minutes total
- Burpees: 40 sec, 20 sec rest, 5 minutes total
- Pull-ups: 40 sec, 20 sec rest, 5 minutes total
- Push-ups: 40 sec, 20 sec rest, 5 minutes total
- Plank hold: 40 sec, 20 sec rest, 5 minutes total
- Jump Squats: 40 sec, 20 sec rest, 5 minutes total
Complete as many as you can in 40 seconds, rest and then repeat until you have completed 5 minutes of each exercise.
