Day 355- Workout of the Week

  • Bear crawls, 2 minutes
  • Side Lunges, 25 each leg
  • High jumps, keep hand straight out in front and touch your knees to your hand, 15x
  • Lateral arm raises with dumbbells, 20x
  • Rows with dumbbells, 20x
  • Side plank hold, 1 minute each side
  • V-up crunches, 20x
Repeat each exercise 3 time though
