- Bear crawls, 2 minutes
- Side Lunges, 25 each leg
- High jumps, keep hand straight out in front and touch your knees to your hand, 15x
- Lateral arm raises with dumbbells, 20x
- Rows with dumbbells, 20x
- Side plank hold, 1 minute each side
- V-up crunches, 20x
Repeat each exercise 3 time though
