Day 132- Workout of the Week

Here is the workout of the week, enjoy!

  • Push-up with alternating claps (1 regular push-up, and then 1 clap at the top) 20x
  • Jumps- Arms straight out in front and jump so that knees touch hands 15x
  • Split squat jumps (Video) 20x each leg
  • Plank hold with hip twist (Video)- 1 minute
  • One mile run
Repeat at least 3 times
