- Push-up with alternating claps (1 regular push-up, and then 1 clap at the top) 20x
- Jumps- Arms straight out in front and jump so that knees touch hands 15x
- Split squat jumps (Video) 20x each leg
- Plank hold with hip twist (Video)- 1 minute
- One mile run
Repeat at least 3 times
