Day 146- The Big Apple Workout of the Week

I'm in New York City for the weekend, so here is a big apple workout for you!

  • Curb or step quick toe taps (Video) 30x each foot
  • One NYC block sprints (about 300 feet) 5x
  • Bicycle crunches 30x each side
  • Turkish get-ups (looks a little like the statue of liberty) (Video) 15x on each side
Complete full routine 3 times through
