Day 139- Drop it like it's Hot, Workout of the Week

I'm feeling a little down today, and usually what can change my mood around is a beautiful California run, with my favorite running partner, my dog, Kaya. So today instead of the usual workout routine that I post every week; today I encourage you to go for a run. Run whatever distance you are comfortable with, but make sure you push yourself, get those endorphins flowing and you will see how easy it is to to turn that frown upside down.
