- Skaters (Video) 20x each side
- Single leg squats 15x on each side
- Single arm rows (Video) use desired weight or band. For added difficulty lift opposite leg to engage core. 15x on each side
- Bench jumps (Video) 20x
- Decline push-ups 15x
- Bicycle crunches 20x each side
Repeat each exercise 3 times through
