Day 209- Workout of the Week

  • Skaters (Video) 20x each side
  • Single leg squats 15x on each side
  • Single arm rows (Video) use desired weight or band. For added difficulty lift opposite leg to engage core. 15x on each side
  • Bench jumps (Video) 20x
  • Decline push-ups 15x
  • Bicycle crunches 20x each side
Repeat each exercise 3 times through
