Day 202- Workout of the Week

  • 200 meter Sprints 2x
  • Jump Squats 15x
  • 200 meter Side Shuffle 2x
  • Jumps, arms held out straight, jump to touch knees to hands 15x
  • 200 meter Karaoke 2x
  • Lateral Jumps (Video) 15x each side
Go through the entire workout at least 3 times
