- Bosu ball squats (Video) make sure bosu ball is upside down, 20x
- Burpees with bosu ball- (video, do yours without ball toss) push off bosu ball with hands, and then land with your feet on bosu ball in squat position, 15x
- Exercise ball chest press- as seen in picture below. Choose a comfortable weight, make sure butt stays up and stomach is flat, 20x
- Bosu ball push-ups- (video) put bosu ball upside down for push-ups, 15x
- Bosu ball plank hold- put bosu ball upside down, place forearms on flat surface and hold for 1 minute, 2x
Repeat each exercise 3 times
