Day 216- Workout of the Week

  • Squats, with bar and desired weight 15x
  • Dead lifts, with bar and desired weight 15x
  • Exercise ball hamstring curls (Video) 15x
  • Squat jumps 15x
  • Hand to foot exercise ball crunches (Video) 20x
  • Walking lunges 20x each leg
Repeat each exercise 3 times
