  • Bent over single arm row- lift opposite leg to work core, 15x
  • Seated rows, with desired weight, 15x
  • Crunches on exercise ball, 20x
  • Lower back lifts on exercise ball, 15x
  • Triceps dips off exercise bench, 15x
  • Explosive push-ups, 15x
