Day 222- Workout of the Week

  • Bent-over rows with weighted bar, 15x
  • Tricep Dips on bench, 15x
  • Shoulder press with weighted bar or dumbbells, 15x
  • Russian Twists with weighted medicine ball, 15x each side
  • Burpees, 20x
  • Ball slams, with weighted ball, 15x
Repeat each exercise 3 times through
