Day 244- Workout of the Week

  • Bear crawls, fast (Video) 3 minutes
  • Crab walk, fast (Video) 3 minutes
  • Burpees, 25x
  • Skaters, touching the ground on each side, 25x each side
  • Ab crunch roll ups to standing position, 25x
Repeat each exercise three times through
