Day 223- Something to Help Inspire You

We all need to take a break from our normal routine, I think this is healthy; this is life. But sometimes getting back on the wagon can be a challenge. After eating lots of foods that I would not normally eat and slacking on my workout schedule, I have decided that it is time (whether I like it or not) to get motivated to get back in shape. Starting Monday I will begin to train for a marathon, and I will be better at practicing what I preach when it comes to eating.
