Push-ups, 15x
Tripcep dips, 15x
Shoulder press with weighted bar, 15x
Bent over rows with weighted bar, 15x
Russian twists, 25 x each side
Burpees, 20x
Bicycles, 25x each side
Repeat each exercise three times through
Pura Vida!
