Day 286- Workout of the Week

  • Push-ups, 15x
  • Tripcep dips, 15x
  • Shoulder press with weighted bar, 15x
  • Bent over rows with weighted bar, 15x
  • Russian twists, 25 x each side
  • Burpees, 20x
  • Bicycles, 25x each side
Repeat each exercise three times through
