Day 304- Green Bean Casserole
Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of fresh green beans
- 1.5 bags of sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- Coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons dry sherry (found it in the wine section of the grocery store)
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoon buttermilk powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Fresh ground pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Coat pan with coconut oil
- Add green beans and onions and cook at medium heat
- Mix in milk, flour, sherry, sour cream, and all seasonings.
- Cook until green beans become tender
- Transfer mixture into baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes or until mixture becomes slightly crispy
