  • Alternating Lunges, 20x each leg
  • Jump Squats, 15x
  • Mountain climbers, 25x each leg
  • Push-ups, 15x
  • Jump rope, 1 minutes
  • Bent over rows, 15x
  • Split Jumps, 1 minute
Repeat each exercise 3x through
