Alternating Lunges, 20x each leg
Jump Squats, 15x
Mountain climbers, 25x each leg
Push-ups, 15x
Jump rope, 1 minutes
Bent over rows, 15x
Split Jumps, 1 minute
Repeat each exercise 3x through
