Day 307- New Years Workout of the Week

I just did this workout out yesterday and I hate pull-ups so my abs are super sore from it.

500 total of pull-ups, push-ups, and sit-ups. You can do as many of each that you want, but you want the end result to be 500. Do each exercise till fatigued and then move to the next one.
For example: 10 pull-ups, 30 push-ups, and 50 sit-ups, and then repeat each exercise in that same order.

If that is too easy increase the total number.
