Ingredients (amount of each ingredient depends on your taste and how much you want to make):
- Kale, middle stem part cut out, and leaves ripped into bite size pieces
- Olive oil
- Sea Salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Place kale on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Drizzle kale with olive oil and sea salt
- Bake kale for about 15 minutes or until the edges have turned slightly brown and kale has become crispy (make sure not to burn it), rotate kale periodically
