Day 325- Baked Kale Chips

Baked Kale Chips

Ingredients (amount of each ingredient depends on your taste and how much you want to make):
  • Kale, middle stem part cut out, and leaves ripped into bite size pieces
  • Olive oil
  • Sea Salt
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Place kale on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Drizzle kale with olive oil and sea salt
  • Bake kale for about 15 minutes or until the edges have turned slightly brown and kale has become crispy (make sure not to burn it), rotate kale periodically
