Day 334- Workout of the Week
Step back lunges, 20x each leg
Squat jumps, 15x
Dead lifts with weighted bar, 15x
Side lunge, with medicine ball and rotation
Split jumps, 15 each leg
Pulse lunges, 15x each leg
Repeat each exercise three times through
Pura Vida!
