Day 334- Workout of the Week

  • Step back lunges, 20x each leg
  • Squat jumps, 15x
  • Dead lifts with weighted bar, 15x
  • Side lunge, with medicine ball and rotation
  • Split jumps, 15 each leg
  • Pulse lunges, 15x each leg
Repeat each exercise three times through
